Dear All,
The staff from G Company and C Detachment 256 Field Hospital Squadron have been making preparations for our Engagement Evening on the 22nd of July. As the title mentions this event is by invitation only so please don’t turn up without an invite and an RSVP confirmation from Corporal Andy Miller.
Some administrative points to note:
- Parking – there is limited parking on site and will be given on a first come first served basis. Parking is on Surbiton Road, just off of Portsmouth Road. If you have any special requirements please let Cpl Miller know and we can reserve you a space. Should we run out of space, you will be directed to other places to park.
- Arrival by foot and Drop Off – On Portsmouth Road. The postcode given (KT1 2QX) will take you to Portsmouth Road. This area will also be used for vehicle drop off so please be aware of this when you arrive.
- Timings – On the initial invite that you received we mentioned that Simon would be presenting from about 6.15pm. We will push this back to around 6.30pm to allow people coming from work some additional time to get to Kingston ARC(KARC).
- Disabled access and toilets – We have disabled access through the Surbiton Road Entrance. We have one disabled toilet onsite. This is located in Thames House, a secondary building on site.
As previously mentioned please do check this blog again on Thursday 22nd of July. As we have all found, COVID can result in rapid changes and this is the best way to communicate these.
